Agreement
By creating an account or using epkay.com you agree to these Terms. If you use Epkay on behalf of a label or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
The service
Epkay lets you publish artist bio pages, release smartlinks, press kits, and related content. Free and paid plans differ in features as described on our pricing page. We may update features as the product evolves.
Your content
You retain ownership of music metadata, images, bios, and other materials you upload. You grant Epkay a license to host, display, and deliver that content so your public pages work. You are responsible for having the rights to publish what you upload and for compliance with third-party platform rules (Spotify, Instagram, etc.).
Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, infringe rights, or violate these Terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Founding / lifetime offers are one-time where stated. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Epkay to spam, phish, host illegal content, attack infrastructure, scrape other users’ data, or misrepresent affiliation with Epkay. Public pages must not violate applicable law.
Disclaimer
Epkay is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
