Who we are

Epkay (“we”, “us”) provides artist pages, smartlinks, press kits, and related tools at epkay.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, and authentication details when you sign up (via email/password or Google).
• Artist content — profile copy, images, links, releases, shows, mixes, press assets, and settings you save in the dashboard.
• Fan emails — addresses submitted through your public newsletter or release gates (stored for you to export on Pro).
• Usage analytics — page views and link clicks on public artist pages, to power your dashboard analytics.
• Billing — payment and subscription status via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use data

We use your data to run Epkay: host your pages, sync your workspace, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (e.g. password reset), and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Hosting and CDN providers that deliver the Epkay app and assets.

Cookies & sessions

We use session cookies / local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember dashboard preferences. Public pages may record anonymous view/click events for your analytics.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us; we will remove or anonymize personal data except where we must retain records for legal or billing reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights.
