Nova Kestrel builds techno from the inside out — long-form modular takes recorded in a single pass, then carved down to their most physical form. The result is music that reads as restraint on headphones and as pressure on a big system.

Since 2019 the project has released on Kontur, Ostgut Ton adjacents and its own imprint Kestrel Works, with live shows at Berghain, Fold, Bassiani and Dekmantel. The live set is fully hardware: three cases, no laptop, no safety net.
